Section 128
Not to divert the vehicle and not to hold the passenger hostage

(1) When the driver is driving his vehicle on the specified route, no person shall show fear, panic or use any kind of force to take the vehicle to another route.
(2) No one shall hold any person in the vehicle hostage and make any kind of demand for the release of such vehicle or hostage.
